0 customer service. When u ask about testers, they said they don’t have them. How would u sell a perfume without tester?? Guess and buy??? I guess the company hires the staff with no experience in giving proper customer service. I think the people working in a souq provide far better service than staff here. The store needs to train the staff to give unbiased service. They treat customers on the basis of the nationalities.

PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!
Came for a holiday to the UAE and usually, I get oud from the Arabian oud but didn't find any next to my staycation. So, decided to come here.
We bought a Patchouli bouquet oud and Dior Sauvage from here. Both the perfumes seemed fake, as the fragrance wasn't lasting.

Having used Sauvage before, I decided to buy it for my husband and oh my days, the fragrance doesn't even last for freaking 5 mins!!! It's like being sprayed by tap water.

Paid insane amount to probably, get knock-offs.
Horrendous experience!

The worst ever perfumes store! I did shop in 3 of this brand shops , first in Deira dubai during a mega sale was super crowded cause prices was super low but the staff attitude and assistant wasn’t as expected! Second experience was at mushrif mall Abu Dhabi I was in a hurry buying some last minute gifts, the guy was super rude and trying to manipulate me the max … 3th was at alwahda mall branch, this was the worst , he kept offering me a lot of samples till I get confused, then I asked for the first perfume I tried, he gave me the wrong one ( I guess this is one of the commercial strategies that I’m not happy with ) . Anyway, never ever this shop

V perfumes al wahda mall is the best place to buy genuine perfumes, You wont regret to buy here because they have affordable price and perfumes that is long lasting. ???? Also the staff our friendly and they will recommend you what is the best perfume for you.

Love this place for perfumes at very reasonable prices on sale. The staff was very patient and accommodating!! Will definitely come again :)

The EDP i bought when they started the store in alwadha mall had longer lasting..
But the one i recently bought is not lasting.. am really doubting genuinity of the perfumes sold by this shop. They are giving same perfumes with less perfume concentration i guess.. that may be reason they can sell in discounted price..

Totally dissapointed..!
