Visited this center to get fines for my newborn sorted. I wish they had an information desk in front with english speaking staff who can actually understand the problem and provide step by step solutions. Would have avoided a lot of stress and travel. Had to visit 3 times before the issue was sorted. Once the problem was understood, service was relatively easy and fast. Language seems, unfortunately, to be the main barrier here. ICP also has the service but no information on how to get it done with us having to rely on typing centers for information.

Awful place I've ever seen!

First of all there is no waiting line outside, they don't have any line inside, you just stay inside and don't know where to go and what to do.

Also, backpacks are not allowed, what is the reason?

Behavior of the man in green uniform is disrespectful, not even allowed to go inside during the working hours, despite the heat

Customers service is good. Courteous staff and helpful also.
I came out empty handed as they won't listen to my request which was legal one with them on mistake. But Customer Service is very helpful.

Ridiculous service, sending people back and forth between centers more than 45 min away from each other without checking the issue. This is why people choose Dubai over Abu Dhabi.

Poor customer service. No one is ready to listen. They are just sending persons without giving proper information just to keep the place empty. Really sad to see it.
