My sisters and I visited Miles Restaurant today and it was a beautiful choice as usual. avadhut served us and we were really satisfied with his more than wonderful service, as he represented with his excellent service the Miles Restaurant with the best service, his smile that never left him and his good treatment is something we will never forget. Thank you avadhut We are honored you to serve us in Next times. And the delicious food as usual when we eat it as if it was the first time for us that it is indescribably delicious.

Always when we come to Dalma Mall we choose Mills as the best choice????????

We used this company for many years for airport transfers for my OAP mother. She was always happy with the drivers and service and name plate meet and greet service as she finds airports quite difficult to cope with (especially as she doesn't speak much English), so we were happy to pay the fares, which are significantly above those of Chester's two big taxi companies.

We kept using the company even after they deleted a booking a few years ago without telling me. They only sent a driver to the airport after I'd rung them up to tell them that my mother had been waiting for half an hour already. My mother was nevertheless happy with them, so we kept using them for bookings.

Unfortunately this morning I realised that I had booked an incorrect transfer time - 20:00 instead of 08:00. (I did give the correct flight number though, it doesn't look as if this was picked up.)

When I cancelled this booking, the company insisted in enforcing the cancellation policy - i. e. no refund as cancellation was less than 24 hours.

While they are perfectly within their rights to enforce this policy, a premium price and customer loyalty should have gone some way towards a courtesy refund.

This has left quite a sour taste in our mouths and we'll just be using competitors in the future.

*** Update - I can confirm that I have now received a partial refund, this is after any refund had been declined at first.

Great punctual and safe service! Cars are always clean and tidy, the taxi drivers are polite and friendly, always on time. I regularly use them for work and leisure! I highly recommend them! Keep up with this great work!

The flight was late one hour, then waited for the luggage another one and a half hour. The driver was waiting for us really long. No charge been made. Professional and friendly team. 5 star from me.

Great punctual and safe service! The taxi drivers are always awaiting and polite. I regularly use them for work and leisure! I highly recommend them! Taxi Chester definitely deserves 5 stars! Keep up with this great work!

Pre booked taxis for a return trip and was quoted £70 for 4 people, (this is more expensive than their own website estimate but the call handler said it’s because our return was after 10pm so more expensive - fine, so we booked the taxis). Driver asked for £40 for our outward trip so I reminded him we had arranged for the taxi to be £70 return. Taxi driver then insisted we never received this quote (which we did) and was arguing with us trying to convince us £40 was reasonable - which is very expensive for the trip we were doing. Taxi then never turned up for our return trip, and we ended up paying £25 for a different taxi service home. Unreliable, rude, and very bad value for money.

Great firm, stepped in at short notice after being badly let down by another local firm, booked online, booking confirmed by email in under 5 mins, car clean, on time and the driver (who’s also the boss) was friendly and polite, all round great experience
