This was a peaceful and tranquil space in the midst of a large hotel. The service was excellent and the ladies who performed the treatments were experienced. Very relaxing

Emirates Palace Spa deserves better staff from the booking to the billing. You may need another massage to calm yourself down ????

My experience with them was very bad. The agreement was on a 75-minute deep facial , but the shock was they only cleaned my skin with creams and wiped it without doing anything else (they didn’t remove my makeup will well , once they finish the facial .maskara and makeup still on my eyes and face ) and they finish in less than the agreed time. When Once I complained to the management , they offered me a hydra facial for only half an hour, and that this offer is only for me. They made me feel that it was my fault , not them!!!! I do not advise dealing with them because a successful salon or spa is once that satisfies the customer no matter what the cost, because this is one of the most important criteria for success, and I will raise the issue to consumer protection and I will attach the bill and my face video once I went out from saloon ,to be an evidence)

Friendly staff, luxurious service, professional therapist Sao & Anna. A remarkable relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommended. The facial massage was devine. Loved it. Thank you, and a special thanks to Ivy, a wonderful cheerful beauty.

It's a beautiful facility but staff experience is below par ..
We faced a major issue with the Hammam experience being freezing cold despite being booked for the service well in advance. The staff blamed engineering and didn't offer any solution. For the same amount of money; you can get more superior experience elsewhere.

An enchanting experience! As they say everything in Abu Dhabi is the best! The Spa did not fail to live up to that expression. I did a walk in and the beautiful Ivy in the front was very helpful and an absolute delight to talk to with her charming personality. And my therapist Jhantai was very sweet and lovely, I had a very relaxing service with her.
Be sure to check it out and experience an amazing treatment!

I would like to commend Ms. Patricia and the therapists for being so professional in handling guests. They’re very polite and friendly. The service was great. Recommended for all the moms out there who wants to get prenatal massage. Me and my husband had our first visit and we’re definitely coming back! Neat and nice spa. Complimentary drinks, dried fruits and nuts was amazing. It was worth the price! Yall should try it
