At Tim Hortons Coffee Shop, the manager seemed unable to provide complementary gestures ( even whine buying grounded coffee for home brewing ) like a sample sip of coffee.
While the barista was so helpful & service is generally satisfactory, this particular limitation may disappoint customers who expect such perks. It's recommended that the management empower their staff to enhance the customer experience with small gestures of generosity.

As a Tim Horton fan, I hate how Jimi Mall replaced Tim Horton from inside to outside of the mall. I am disappointed on this decision. I can’t enjoy my Iced Capp like I used to inside with air conditioning and relaxing.
Hope Tim Horton goes inside the mall where it used to.

The staffs are keep smiley face and good customer service. The only thing is , they are using long life milk for coffees. They charging a standard price of coffee’s . They should give a better outcome from which was we paid .hope some Changes in next visit….!!!????????

I like Tim Hortons donuts it used to be fresh , but this time it was very dry ,,its not freshly baked at all may it is from two days before...
I told them that ,, immediately they bring two donuts. It was good. ..but I will not go again to Tim Hortons in Al Jimi mall.

The place is really nice and calm to sit in for business meetings or going out with friends, and their wide variety of food and beverages options is nice. In addition, the prices are quite reasonable compared to other coffee shops.

Always less crowded than Starbucks. Decent coffee, except for the French Vanilla. An awesome beverage. Very helpful and friendly staff too. Nice indoors and outdoors seating areas.
