Very disappointed with the membership program, I have purchased 12months where I can use it anytime of the month. I purchased on July 03, 2022 and started to use in August/2022 as per their information it’s expired on July 02, 2023 and I can’t have the service for the month of July . Basically they gave me only 2 days to use in July instead of the 30days as the usual. Paid for 12months and used 11, it’s my 3rd membership I’m a regular customer for more than 4years and they even didn’t cared to understand and give me the service.

The funny thing is that they didn’t even give me a call to remind me that my membership is expiring, but to sell the membership they will give many calls and send many girls while you are there to sell the product.

Will definitely not return because I didn’t see any interest from them to keep me as customer.

Be aware of you are buying a membership

I did my eyebrows with Lila. She was very professional , told me what she will do before threading and confirmed before proceeding.
I recommend asking for Lila if you will do threading.

The worst experience I had the WORST!!! I saw the worst reviews before I go I didn’t realize it was this bad and the hair specialists attitude is soo bad I had a natural 100% hair wig and I went to wash it and blow dry it soo much hair fell down and they tangled the hair it was soo tangled they didn’t know how to wash it and took them 30 mins just to untangle it after they finished she said I don’t have experience in hair wigs !!! After they finished ! I told them at least give me compensation or discount! the manager doesn’t even believe me kept me waiting just to show the proof of the video I took of the hair !! Seriously ! What kind of service and attitude is this and the hair specialist attitude is rude and loud and doesn’t give me a chance to explain ! And after washing she tells me ok pay only for washing and don’t do ur hair ! I could have washed it at home! And the assistants told me yes it’s not washed or done like this and when the manager came in they changed all their words !! U don’t have experience then tell the client from the start! I’m going to complain

It’s my first and last time at tip and toes , I have explained at the call what nail services I wanted and when I arrived they said that they don’t know what I had on my nails “ it was only gel billable “ they didn’t the removal it was so bad for my toes it wasn’t removed at all .

I had I very bad experience on my last appointment in Khalifa A. I came to do the service and when I arrived they asked me to pay first and I accepted, but when I came to pay I found that I forgot my card ! I told them I can pay online, the receptionist refused and said we don’t have an account. I told her I will go home after the service to get my card and come back, she also refused and told me (get another appointment I have phone calls).
I was surprised on her
unprofessional attitude! Although I am very old client and there should be more trust.

I told her I need to speak to the manager, she said all of them are in a meeting. I told her ok who is the manager here, she refused to inform me the manager name or contact number, she said call the salon number.

I was disappointed and then she called her colleague, I discussed with the other staff and told her this is unacceptable and I want to raise it. She said we will take your notes seriously and will contact you.

This was on March 22 and until now I didn’t received any communication from the Salon. This is so shame and unprofessional on global Salon and i will never visit the Salon again.

If you are looking for commitment in the appointment professional customer service this is not the right place !!!! I booked for 2 two hair style 3 days back and before the appointment i called to check the possibility to add one more appointment and they said yes and confirmed. Once I arrived we waited for 20 mins and i want to check because i have an event and i need to finish my hair on time and they surprised me by saying there only one available hair technician! And it’s not possible to finish on time because it’s seems that they overbooked. And even she didn’t bother herself or apologize and we decided to leave .. bad experience

Finally found the best waxing therapist Nasreen. Very professional, caring and gentle. After a bad experience with another therapist here, i tried Nasreen, she has been amazing at her job and takes into consideration your skin type and also taking her time to do the most perfect job. My face always feel’s perfect after seeing Nasreen. I would highly recommend her ????

Really bad experience. My nail looked terrible and it took four hours for extensions, the service was terrible and really overpriced. Nail technician was really rude and complained about everything. She even made my finger bleed. Never coming back again. Terrible service.
