Terrible experience, brought the shoes back for refund a day later, unworn. After number of times staff trying to push you for an exchange instead of refund, It then takes half hour for some kind of refund form and then checking how to do it. Absolutely unacceptable, as if this is the first time ever they’re issuing a refund. Takes a matter of seconds back in Canada.

Visited Vans store last Saturday at Abu Dhabi Mall branch. Experienced discrimination by the staff assigned. Was looking for a shoes for my father as a present and of course i asked if they are on sale or any discounted items. The lady said in strong voice "we don't have usually sale for classic" - a not so friendly approached. by the time we stepped out (they think that were out of store but were still standing near the store entrance) the guy and the lady was laughing and mocking us because we asked for any sale or discount. They didn't realized that we can still hear them. I felt bad and will never visit the store again.

Visited Vans tonight October 19, 2021 at 9:45PM. We were scanning through the products, as i ask for a shirt without a price tag, this VERY RUDE FILIPINA SALES LADY came to me. I am very disappointed, on the verge of getting mad, for she wasnt at all patient at telling me the price of the product, i let that pass. Then she murmured "mga grupong titingin tingin" which means just a bunch of window shoppers just there to look. I was very offended for i was liking the shirt and planned on buying it. We dont get the fact of them not wanting customers when that is the point of having a store. I hope she gets reprimanded cuz no one should experience being judged by their capacity to afford products, and man, that is her job!
