Terrible experience after shopping there for two years, I bought a shirt and when I wore it for the first time I realised there was a whole in the sleeve. After returning it (to exchange for the exact same shirt) after 4 days, I was told that they would need permission from head office and that I would have to come back.
I was then told (after calling them, not the other way around) that I would have to come and exchange that week otherwise the exchange would be void.
Terrible customer service with no appreciation for their customer.
