Thank you the brilliant manager john in chilis for the lovely wonderful recommendations, loved the amazing blue pacifico juice and the buffalo wings with the salade was so good ,
The fahita was really lovely and the meat was unique the guacamole the mashed potato and mix veggies along with fortis bread and cheese was lovely the sour cream with the chicken was amazing
And also special thank you for the talented Johnny to recommend the chocolate molten lava cake that was better than other patisserie I tried before ,
Special thank you for the whole team, pranit under John leadership , loved the vibes and the hospitality, proud of you and much recommended

Had an excellent experience. Loved the ambience of the restaurant with good songs being played in the background with good views of Al Maryah Island. The staff was really friendly and engaging.

I don’t know about the low stars reviews. But for me, Chili’s is definitely worth it! It always has been our go to restaurant whenever there is occasion but we are too lazy to drive or go out to eat. We ordered online thru talabat and its all worth it!

The food was very nice here and had no complaints with what we got served.

Service was terrible though. Plenty of staff and was fairly quiet in the restaurant. Took 20 minutes for someone to come to our table to start. Then had to wait further 20 minutes to get out drinks. It was difficult to get staff attention. Other people in the resaurant found the same issue.

We asked for starters to come out separate to main. However two bits into starters, mains arrived. They didn't to see this as an issue and seemed a little disgruntled when asked to take the mains back to the kitchen as not ready for them.

Will use Chillis again just not in abu dhabi mall.

The place is clean and neat. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was great and it was a great experience eating in this restaurant. Time to have a chill lunch or dinner with family or friends i recommend this place. The ambiance is good. Cant wait to eat here again with my family and friends. A child friendly environment

This is the best branch in abudhabi we cool to dine in food delicious , good quantity, quality , ambience very relaxing while on listening country music , staff very attentive , specially the manager Jhone he always check us . We recieve hospitality ..sure will come back ..

Very bad service, not so friendly staff, food was not served properly and not warm.
Very poor customer experience. Entertainer not covered on “proper main courses”. Portions very terrible and little.
Needs proper management.
