I am using this brand for several years in a row,and the quality is one of the top. The service at Montblanc shop was as I expected, professional and detailed attention to the customers need. I finally found the pen I was looking for. Smita was especially professional and helpful in helping me make the purchase. She told me about the price, the characteristics of the pen, the service policy, and gave me a voucher for purchasing glasses. Should I have the opportunity, I would visit the store again. Thank you again for helping me buy the pen I had been thinking about buying but couldn't find where to look for.

This brand has cheated us, and faked that the machine of the watch was broken, in an attempt to convince us to pay 4000 riyals in Riyadh. After we refused and took the watch, it turned out that the watch is working perfectly. Shame on the service department, and the brand.

Even this one star is too generous of me for the lousy service in a shop like Mont Blanc! Upon purchasing 2 items, i was not told about a "NO REFUND POLICY", and still I tried to find something I like but i couldnt find anything and now they refuse to give me back my money! How does a beand supposidly as prestigous as Mont Blanc treat their customers like that? I really hope that I don't receive a generic auto response for my complain for I am expecting a solution for this matter!

I enjoy buying from this store.
Smita has been always helpful and friendly, she helps me choose from the many options they have available; moreover, she highlights facts about the products which makes me leave the store carrying a nice experience and wanting to go back again.

The salesman was so rude, when asked for a product was, he tells a customer the price, that's rude and his face was unwelcoming, no wonder one never finds a soul there. Montblanc don't hire salesmen who can't smile and have no basic sense of approaching clients
