As a manager one of the integral skill that you must possess is mentoring, however what I witnessed is a manager who is humiliating her staff and shouting at the top of her lungs inside the store where all the shoppers are able to see and hear it, it is so loud that the other shopper and I approached you and ask you to talk to your staff properly but instead of being apologetic you replied to us “don’t tell me how to do my job”.
I believe in positive reinforcement, if a team member commit a mistake she should be counselled privately and in a good manner.
