selling points: 1) landlord is Lulu supermarket rather than an individual; it is easier to deal with corporate landlords rather than individual owners; not to mention Lulu set up an on-site management office in the building to instantly respond to tenants’ needs. 2) Lulu offers not furnished or unfurnished options. 3) ample parking lots for temporary visitors.
