It's been almost 2 months, elevators are still not working properly (due to the water leakage). Not the best management and maintenance.

Security guards are very helpful, hopefully they get compensated for the extra work as they have to manually operate the elevators for all the tenants.

First there was a water pipe breakage then there was a lift issue which did not work for around 2 months and last week bathroom drainage came to corridor.Bathrooms are smelly and there are cracks on the wall.

Looks good outside but falling apart inside.

There was leakage in the building, celling in our apartment was leaking in 3 places. The maintenance advice was just to wait until it dries up…

Lifts don’t work for over 2 weeks, doesn’t look like they will be fixed in the nearest future.

The rent is way too high for such a terrible quality of the building and maintenance.

Not good Maintenance. New building and already pipe burst causing leaks in my apartment.

The elevators have not been working for 2 weeks now which is impacting our day to day. Not sure when these elevators are going to be fixed but does not seem like anybody has been working on it.

Building has poor maintenance.

Lifts have not been working for almost a month. Need to phone security to use the elevator which can take up to ten minutes to come. No communication offered to us residents and there seems to be no end in sight to this major inconvenience.

Dear People. All the problems have been resolved. Lifts working fine and Maintenace Team is available 24/7 in the building

By far the worst building I’ve stayed in. Major maintenance issues including all lifts being out of service and only operating manually. Stay away.
