Fabulous house nestled away in Cowgill. Close to Ribble head viaduct and plenty of walks. House really well appointed with useful items like condiments, loo paper. Plenty of towels and crockery etc. Washing machine but no dryer or outside clothes line. Beds small but comfy. Garden not suitable for young children as steep and full of nettles but a nice outside space and closed in for our dog. On a sheep farm so lots of flies. Water comes from the stream so might freak out some people as it's slightly coloured but all tested and safe and tastes delicious. Can also swim in the stream! Owner lives next door and couldn't be more friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice cottage. Good fixtures. Water is brown, but I guess that is countryside living.

Could have done with a four slice toaster and a second kettle
