I have been waiting in a queue for almost an hour just to re-active my account, but when finally my turn came at desk 9 they said ”you came to wrong desk, take another token and go desk number 13, after waiting another half of an hour i went to desk 13. I told him that i want to re-active my account, desk 13 said i can’t do it from here go to number desk 9. Then i went to desk 9 again, he told me yohr papers are yet to update! But i have submitted all my documents more than a week ago!
Than i went to the guy whom i submitted and asked him about my papers, he said, “we have 4,000+ documents pending! so wait you will be informed once your documents updated!
This is kinda service i have got so far!!

Wrost staff special mr Abdullah (last desk in customer service area In main branch )he think that if customer are from khalifa branch then he should go to khalifa branch for service but they didn't tell openly .if your policy is there then you should tell customer clearly.so some office staff save his time and go to direct branch office.
