DO NOT ORDER OR PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY OR GIVE AN ADVANCE PAYMENT. ALWAYS CHOOSE TO PAY UPON DELIVERY! THEY DO NOT DELIVER ON TIME AND ALWAYS HAVE EXCUSES WHY THEY CANNOT DELIVER THE ITEMS! I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP EVERYDAY AND NO ONE SEEMS TO UNDERSTAND THE URGENCY AND THE NEEDS OF THEIR CLIENTS! 3-5 DAYS DELAY IS UNDERSTANDABLE BUT 3 WEEKS?!!! I DON'T THINK SO!

The worse service I have EVER dealt with.

I placed an order for approximately 50 white desks, chairs and cabinets and on many occasions, they always delivered the wrong color. On other occasions they forgot to bring half of the furniture.

The delivery timings are extremely bad, they are NEVER on time. If I ask them to deliver at 12pm, they will come at 3.

The workers assemble the furniture at a very slow rate and expect you to stay with them until 10pm at night waiting for them to finish. They do not respect other people’s timings AT ALL. On one occasion they came so late that my colleague and I helped them assemble some furniture just so we could all go home before midnight.

The company refuses to provide a third party insurance which is required for move-in in some buildings, this makes me think they are doing something suspicious. When I spoke to one of the managers, he told me I should cancel my order because he doesn’t want to provide a third-party insurance. How pathetic and unprofessional?!

Avoid the salesperson in Dragon Mart, he screams over the phone if you disagree with him. I made him aware of the fact that my colleague and I finish work at 5pm and we are willing to stay a few hours extra with the assemblers but we cannot stay until 10pm, he replied ‘you are causing too many problems for me’ in a aggressive and rude tone.

It is better to order from professional and well known companies e.g Ikea, their prices are not much different and Ikea has a better service from start to finish. Once L&H company recieves your money they become rude and arrogant and do not care about your order.

For your sake, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

no after sale service ,, bracket of sofa fell down in 2 days ,,send them whatsa pps ,, no one reply ,, never buy ,, invoice 4563 ,, 24 08 2022,,, bad experience
