The staff here are simply despicable. I cringe every time I have to go there to collect a container. Rude and obnoxious in the gate house and the lifter drivers aren't much better. Can't wait for the automated system to get up and running

Absolutely sole destroying place..
3 hrs awaiting to enter is normal...
Been same here now for 17 yrs to my knowledge....nothing will ever change.
Avoid at all costs....

Container handling machines parked up whilst lorries wait upto 5 hours for their box... shambles of an operation. Needs to be taken over by some management with some competence. Staff couldn't care less

Brilliant place to go fast and effective way better than Leeds. The manager Mr Michael Leech Flanagan should be given a pay rise. He has a lovely head of hair too

Easy place to find, usually in and out no problems. Staff always friendly and helpful. Never been in longer than 20 mins on afters/nights. WARNING If parking outside on decoy bank south at night or overnight be warned that ladies of the night might bang on your cab door obviously nothing to do with these guys just giving fellow drivers the heads up.

If it was possible to leave zero stars I would, the amount of time drivers are kept waiting is intolerable, 3 hours plus waiting to enter the terminal is getting to be a standard, this is pathetic, they either need more staff or better organisation or both, well done management you're screwing peoples working day right up.
