Came here to collect an application document and was handed a wrong form. Good thing I decieded to check it before leaving the post office, only to discover it was the wrong form. When I went back the very rude lady that gave me the wrong form (who looked unkempt and untidy too) didn't even apologise, she kept banging on saying '' it shouldn't have been there''. But that's not the issue, the fact is that she should have checked it first before handing it over to me, or at least make sure that her work area is in order. I haven't seen that woman there before but this post office should be careful whom they employ because definitely that woman had absolutely no manners let alone professional skill. I doubt if she has ever had a job before because her attitude was shocking.

Asked to send a package second class, was informed that it must go special delivery signed for at a cost. I informed them that it was incorrect and advised them I sent the same package yesterday through second class. When I called them out on his comment he then stated it was only a "suggestion"

Sent some items a few days in a row and on the last day the woman outright told me what it was I was sending.. how would you know unless you opened it? Breaking privacy laws and the right not to not explain what’s in the parcel as long as it’s not illegal or on the banned items list why should you get to know? Announcing what I was sending in front of several customers... Untrustworthy, rude and unprofessional do not use this post office! The lines are always out the door, machines always down, the man who’s started working there is always nice and polite but the women there are rude and look down on you! Avoid at all costs if you want to send items without someone looking in them before they get sent!

All the staff are friendly here, it's my first choice for a post office where I trust the staff. Can certainly get busy here during peak times.

one female staff member in particular very rude and constantly questioning what I was buying in a rude abrupt manner. Only used this post office as a one off with will be sticking with elm lane post office as they are friendly and have basic manners. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Very rude .has I couldn't see the small numbers on my phone to pass him made a remark ,can't see and your driving. One nasty man will not ues this post office again.

Great little post office with friendly, helpful staff, unfortunately they let themselves down badly. They close when they want to, and I'm not the first to mention this. Twice within a couple of weeks I've turned up to post several parcels only to find they've closed early. No good if you advertise opening until 6 and then close at 5. Maybe you need to change the text on your website from "extend opening times" to "reduced opening hours"

DO NOT TRUST!! No wonder she has the business up for sale on business for sale.com! Not to be trusted with any financial or legal matters the women is a lier! Took my passports to be checked paid the money and she then refused to finish them off and it was for my 3 year old daughter. Has a terrible attitude i will never go to that post office ever again!! She ripped my me of by £80! I had to take it to another post office and pay again as she refused to do it who were great by the way! How ever royal mail trust her is beyond me!
