Same issues as everyone. Delivery is pathetic. They don't deliver unless u call multiple time's. When buying they promised they will come twice weekly and when needed. They don't come even once weekly, have to beg them. Called helpline multiple time's and they said they will deliver punctually but useless.

Really disgusting and poor service.first time they beg for buying water next time they show attitude.they will come to building and take bottle without telling and will never come back.they will just say we don't come to your area but actually they come .and if u ask them about water they will just give u another guy delivery number and same story.He will say I'm coming but never comes.really disappointed with this kind of behaviour. Delivery guys never fullfil their committements. Doesn't matter how many times u follow up they don't care.will never suggests anyone to get their service

One of the pathetic services available in Ajman.They assume their own timings and have to follow-up several times. Not to mention they dont answer customer calls. They work as per their own schedule and dont care for customer's requirements. I see there are plenty of bad reviews, the management should do sumthing in improving the services. Make the supply strictly customer centric. Am stay in ajaman bad delivery

Worst delivery and customer care. The delivery people will get angry and shout at the customer for following up and boast they have many customers losing one means nothing to them. If you call customer care they are basically capable of nothing. Never buy from them they neither respond nor have any value for customers.

The delivery guys are rude and they are not delivering on the said time. They are not answering calls, we already got coupon and they don’t respond for deliveries. It’s disappointing, I swear.

Worst company , they sell you the vouchers then they dont bring the water to you , you call they dont answer and if they answer they tell you they are coming then they don't.
Worst experience , not recommended

Their delivery unit totally useless and i am Very disappointed because of services. Struggling from last 3 days and getting mis commitments. Dubai International city area totally worst experience so far. Now planning to quit. Never ever recommend anyone to fall on their trap.
