Updated after your rude reply,
It is 450 dhs mouse. And even if it is 5 dhs mouse that wouldnt change the fact that you are clueless abour this business, and better you can change it. You can open a cafe as your people dont need any technical skills cuz apparently they dont have. But try to be not rude when you open the cafe as by then you would lose your clients again. Nothing can be a good punishment for you as the bad reputation you have. Wish you all the stuggle with every single client cuz you deserve that.

Scammers and they have no clue about what they are doing, they just say yes for anything, then they literally [TRY] without any experience, I lost a very expensive mouse cuz of their lack of experience, they couldn't even get to the same condition as I gave it to them. I don't recommend any one dealing with such a place at all.

Poor customer service, no answers to calls or WhatsApp, too late and lost laptop adaptor. Could not retrieve data from drive.
