Booked a 4am taxi 3 days in advance, to catch train and flight.
Taxi didn't show , connect taxi phoneline didn't answer at all during the night although they say they are 24hours.
Thankfully was able to get a last minute taxi from kings abbey , and made it.
Definitely wouldn't trust them with a night time taxi again

For a 24 hour service there phone system is useless. The message " stay on the line your important to us" while waiting to speak to us after 5 mins. Sums up the company rubbish.

Good reliable service from Connect Cars. Arrived on time, friendly and pleasant drivers, I would definitely recommend if in Kings Lynn.

We have just used Connect Cars for a wedding we attended at Pentney Abbey on the 19/08. Brilliant service, clean cars, friendly drivers, on time, very competitive prices. Would recommend to anyone, but I would book in advance like we did especially if you live outside the area. Very happy customers.

Booked a taxi half hour in advance for when due - gave them the 1st & 2nd line of address and post code to the block of 50+ flats for pick up. They didn’t even go to the right street, were nowhere near the pick up. Missed an interview as a result of it. No apology, just said they’ll cancel it
