They have amazing products but rude and arrogant staff spoils it.

The receptionist is lovely but the doctors are awful.

They will do anything they can do to make you pay the most money

I.e. writing me 2 prescriptions for the same medication at different doses which the pharmacist directly said was stupid and didn’t understand the reason.

Also refusing to write a prescription for contraception which would be free, saying I have to buy this over the counter for £20-30, even when I said I couldn’t afford this.

Every single time I call to book an appointment the surgery is shut or they have nothing. They can't offer another day. I have to call and book the next day on the day. So I call and guess what. Nothing available OR they're shut again. They say don't go to A+E go to your GP but the GP seems to always be shut or booked. So ridiculous

I am new here and everytime I called there has been a friendly and helpful person answer the phone. I've always been able to get an appointment. Happy so far here.
