Pros
Fabulous views and lovely pitches, dog walk area is fantastic, excellent dog wash facility.

Cons
Staff attitude and rules, I am all for rules but the enforcement and nature of them here is crazy.

5mph speed limit, it’s great to keep cars moving slowly around site but it can be very tricky to drive consistently without stalling at 5mph. This is highly policed by staff, without speed checking equipment, therefore I am unsure as to how they are trained to know what is 5 mph vs 6 or 7. If however they believe you are above 5 you will be reprimanded like a child. Also despite data protection if a group of you stay on site despite booking and paying as an individual they will advise other with in the group that ‘someone has been speeding’.

You are not allowed off site between 10pm and 7am unless in an emergency so if you want to get up early and go off for an early walk to beat the heat… no such luck.

Staff are constantly driving round sight on buggy’s watching what you are doing which does not leave for a relaxed feeling.

Finally dogs are never allowed to be left unattended so if you are single and staying alone I can only assume they expect you to use toilets and showers off site (don’t forget you cannot leave site between certain hours)? There are place to tie your dogs up outside the shower blocks however I am not sure how that is not unattended and also would like my dog not to be stolen as I believe do most owners. I also feel this could be incredibly off putting for anyone not keen on dogs to have to walk past.

Summary - Beautiful site, great facilities, lovely ideas but rude ‘big brother style’ staff won’t leave you feeling relaxed.

We have stayed at Warcombe Farm more than 10 times and have yet to find a site we like better ! Lovely staff who can't do enough for you, fabulous huge pitches, fantastic views and a beautiful dog walk and washroom.
All the facilities are spotless and the atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful.
Hoping to be able to visit twice a year in the future ????????????

Amazing site. Staff so friendly and welcoming, with great sense of humour. Very strict about speed limits throughout site, which means everything at a gentle relaxing pace. Not zooming here there and being annoying! Bathrooms and all facilities 5 star.????????????????????
Well worth a visit or 2....maybe 5???????

We’ve stayed at Warcombe Farm several times and rate it as one of the best campsites we’ve ever stayed on. We love the immaculate toilets & showers with underfloor heating, the views and especially the big, hedged Sea View pitches at the bottom of the site and we love the ethos of the owners and staff - ie that it’s a peaceful and tranquil site. It’s not a site for large groups, for playing music or making lots of noise of any kind and we love it that way

Please read before booking.
Very disappointed with this campsite as it could be a perfect site for family’s as it’s in such a beautiful area and so close to seaside.
However our experience has completely put us off staying and we actually left before the end of our stay because of the obnoxious way we were treated by staff.
This site is advertised as perfect for groups, family’s and says ideal location for surfing.
However when a group of us booked, with family and friends off all ages we were met with rude staff who spilt up our group with no reason.
We were told we were not to have surfboards and other camping equipment on our pitch which we had payed for.
Children were asked not to play on playground or fly kites.
The children were made to feel very uncomfortable by male staff member who was rude and intimidating. He used foul language and spent the week watching us and waiting to tell us off.

Honestly so disappointed, from the moment we arrived we felt like we had done something wrong and when we tried to be reasonable and follow site rules we were still met with rudeness.

This is not a family friendly site, if you have children I would advice you stay clear.

Our second year back at Warcombe farm and it’s just like last years visit brilliant . Place is spotless and immaculate, We have four dogs and the sites ideal , the enclosed dog walking area is fantastic and even used the doggy shower room .Can’t wait see you all again next year .

We have stayed here twice now and the site and staff couldn't be better.

For those complaining about the rules they are in place so everyone can enjoy their holiday. Last time we were there a group of 6 arrived and were very loud past the time the rules state. This spoils the peace and quiet for other guests. Luckily we left the next day or we would have complained to the staff.

As to been told where to pitch the wardens have given us advice about where the sun rises/sets and which way the winds have been blowing...hardly telling you where you HAVE to pitch. If you want peace and quiet, great location, fantastic dog field and 5 star showers stay here.

Excellent campsite. Access road is a bit tight for large outfits, but that's down to the council. Beautifully maintained pitches and facilities.
