Moved to them from my nearer chemist and found them REALLY helpful. Usually a bit of a queue but it’s worth it for the customer service.

We use Lowdham Pharmacy on a very regular basis, as we both have regular prescriptions dispensed there. We also us the store to purchase
other items. The help from Girish, who runs the establishment, together with his team of staff, is exceptionally outstanding. We have received excellent service and have also requested items that have had to be ordered, as they are not standard products. Our requests have been dealt with eagerness to help. We would highly recommend this Pharmacy and all the staff members.

Although the staff very nice and helpful, it seems the systems in place are very much lacking (maybe you need to invest). On multiple occasions they have failed to dispense my families pills. It was set up that the pharmacy request etc. If I did not care for my mother she would have ran out of pills multiple times. She has dementia and probably wouldn't even remember that she needed pills. It's not a lot to ask to do what you say on the tin!
