the service i paid was again damaged, i brought it at store and waited for two hours, no one told me that it has no warranty, again i need to pay 200dhs. Before the item is handed over to me? It is broken again. He is trying to give me the broken item at half the price… really?!
my experience here is terrible ????

Careful with this store, they use cheap parts that do not last long.

I went there in august to fix the broke screen of my iPhone 6s. Although the price was cheaper than other stores, the screen started malfunctioning after only a few months.

When I went there to claim the warranty, they deny it saying it was broken from the inside and that was not cover by the warranty (something that were not disclosure the first time) and that I had to pay for the new screen.

Be careful if you are buying anything from here. They sell cheap quality products and their customer service is equally cheap/worst like their goods. Most unprofessional staffs and their hotline number is good for nothing.

I dropped iPad 05/09/22 as it is not work and they promised me to quote me for repair. 10 days later no call or feedback. I drove again to their store which wasted me more than 1h30 min and lady that works there told me that I can't have my iPad back as it is at some place where they repairing that, however she will call me and update me about cost of repair. Now it has been more than 1 month. Nobody is calling, and I don't know where is my iPad. Worst experience in Dubai.

Had got my Note 8 screen guard replaced at this shop which came with 1 year warranty.
1 month down the line and the screen guard turned out to be of the worst quality I ever had. It cracks with so much of sharp edges that it hurts the skin.
Got it to get it replaced only to be responded in the most arrogant way by the philipina sales lady from ibn batuta branch that they won't have any screen guard in space and won't be replacing it.
Disappointed by the fake warranty they offer and the worst aftersales arrogance.

Stay away unless you want to waste your money and time. We bought screen protector and they sell three times more than the market by claiming unlimited replacement. When We went there to replace they said it is not valid anymore. I had a conversation with Sunail (manager or owner) on the phone he arrogantly adamantly refused despite I do have the receipt. One thing they forgot was we have a written claim about their proof. So now good luck with the Dubai Municipality. This people have no ethic at all!

I had got a screen gard with warranty, 2 weeks later I was full of dust inside and starting to crack.I went to make a complaint and the thechnician named Adnan didn't even make an effort to solve the problem. He called me a lier, and said my complain was not genuine plus there was no warranty for that gard. Really? So you believe tge sales phillipino ladies when you are buying the gards but they do not believe you.
The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN DUBAI.
I have asked him to remove the fake screen gard from my phone and the supposed technician did NOT know how to remove it.He was basically going to pull it out...
Not only the 050 telecom IBN Battuta branch sells really bad quality products but also have unprofessional arrogante people working there.

Avoid this store !! Evitez ce magasin à tout prix !

I came in this store to fix my Samsung S7 edge screen. I picked up my phone one hour after and left the country the same day. I had some trouble with network and the vibrate mode. I went to a store in my country and a guy opened it.
Result :
- the vibrator disappeared
- the original printed circuit for the network has been changed for a cheaper one : I can't send text, call or use Internet anymore
- the phone was not properly glued
- the silver screen was changed for a gold one

I spent 750 AED for this and now I have to buy another one because it's too expensive to buy a new printed circuit for network and new vibrator. I'm shocked and disgusted and I can't even complain because I'm back in my country.

You have other stores like this in Ibn Battuta Mall, please DON'T GO in this one.
