The screen broke even though i paid for-the military grade protection sheet. All guarantee adverts are for marketing and selling ONLY. No replacement of mobile
Screen when it actually broke. Very bad service. Never using again.

This people are scam i paid for them 300 dirham for life time to change the protection for the Anterior and back side and know its come out and i lost it so icame to changed it they till me they want it to change it or ineed to pay 189 dirham
Its very bad that from the beginning they didn't clarified this ????????????????

Unlike I had done 4 years ago which is still ok without any peeling. These new protection begin peel off after one month and I have to pay 15 AED to refix.

I am extremely recommending to avoid everything from this store, or any other branch of mobile outfitters. I gave them brand new 14 iPhone for full body protection. After they put the protection my screen was blurry . I asked them why is this so they told me it will ago after 24 hours, I waited for 48 hours and it was still there on the screen. I went back to remove it and to get the refund because this is what I was promised they will take protection off and give me a refund. THEY DIDN’T REFUND AND TALKING TO THERE MANAGER WAS THE WORST PART OF WHOLE EXPERIENCE. HE WAS RUDE TO THE MAX , ALTHOUGH HE ASK ME WHAT IS THE ISSUE MINUTE I STARTED TALKING THIS GUY WAS YELLING AND TALKING OVER ME THE HALL TIME SO I JUST GAVE PHONE BACK TO THE EMPLOYEE. I highly recommend to avoid MOBILE OTFITTERS !!! mostly because of their product and especially manger. Never had such bad experience so far.

Although I bought the full body lifetime guarantee, everytime they come up with a reason as to why it cannot be covered and I have to pay full price again. My phone broke and I had to have the whole screen replaced and naturally they removed the screen protecter to do this- As there was no cover on the front screen they said they cannot change the screen under the guarantee as they need proof of the screen protector despite my details being in the system. It was never told upon purchasing the lifetime guarantee to bring back the old screen protector. Another excuse in the past was they didnt have my details in the system despite me having proof of purchase and both the front and back screen on the same phone they put it on- which is odd as i had left the phone with them with my phone number which they called to tell me the phone was ready the initial time they put the screen protectors.
I liked the concept of a guarantee but its utterly useless when you cannot use it- many other places have this where they actually follow through and are honest and transparent about what it entails from the start.

Dealing with this shop for years with no issues. Today I brought my daughter IPad to place a screen protector and the staff informed about a crack on the screen which was fine with me. The sock was when I came back to collect the IPad and the screen was full damaged. Staff claim that it was like this when I gave and he still placed a screen protector on a damaged screen!!

The staff was acting so innocent while talking to me and I was about to cry ????. Gangster
