When reached there the number on screen was 30 and after small unpleasant talk with representative whom lacking any knowledge of customer service and talking rudely to all , we got a token an our number was 34!!!
On floor you can see 3 staff working where one of them who seems to be the manager wasn’t helping anyone but kept going in and out, the other 2 where easily distracted by any one who walks in and ask them questions while they were supposedly going by number but that wasn’t respected and when I talked to the lady giving the tokens to bring that to her attention, she literally turned her face and didn’t reply .
People who came after us were served and many people walked away tired of waiting specifically there is no chairs to set on , and even when they are talking to you or helping you, they do it while standing which I think it is inconsiderate for old or sick people
It took 48 minutes and when our turn came and while talking to the representative the interruptions kept going on with no respect or attention from the employee
And the funny thing we left and our issue wasn’t solved
I will not comment and would leave it to the readers to do so
Communication is so advanced in the UAE and engineers are doing wonders to make this sector is a leading brand name in the whole world but I hope customer service try to keep up to that standards and management gives some attention and training to that

Its a very good branch and Especially the guy who is named MOHAMMED OVESH, he is a very kind and helpful guy, he helped me so much

The guy from Egypt whose name is Mohamed Abdeen was very rude. If it would be possible, I would rate 0. Awful customer service. He was telling me that this is showroom and he is not here to help customers. Here we only selling items he said. Hope he will lost his job.

Worst service ever. They are slow, waiting time is so high even though shop is empty.

They talk to you very clearly that they are slow and you have wait for long time.

I have to wait for more than 30 mins.

Please see the condition of shop . It was almost empty.

Horrible service by Asif Ali Zafarullah at IBN Battuta Mall center. He was rude, arrogant, lots of attitude. Can you imagine he is saying i am wrong i should have asked his employee about their process, i did not ask so its my mistake. If you can check the camera for 30th March 2023 after 5 pm you will see his body language while he was talking to a customer like me.
So i called the customer service who told me they do not have a procedure to take complaint (what are you joking). later was kept on hold and she took a complaint gave me a complaint number and the best thing as soon as i finished the call i went on the app and checked the complaint is closed. So it was just trying to fool customers.
My concern is why are such people like Asif Ali Zafarullah being hired to harass the customer. If left unattended they will bring a bad reputation to a prestigious brand like Etisalat. I hope Etisalat management does something about this as i have now changed providers and also suggested my family and friend to do the same.

Do not come to this crooked store.

They charged 199aed for installation fee of home wifi when the package clearly states "FREE instillation" (see attached photograph) coupled with the most unprofessional service I have experienced in Dubai.

Today, I signed up for a home internet package with Mr Mohammed Anas khan (sales), who was clearly is only interested in swiping a credit card. After he pointed us to a self service screen and we tried, and failed, 3 times to apply for the "Ultra starter" package. Eventually he came to help once he saw seen that we wanted to make a purchase and help him achieve his targets.

After putting in our location and personal details He quickly sped through the page and added on the installation fee of 199aed. After the payment was quickly processed I brought up that this was supposed to be included in the package, and at no cost.

After this encounter, we had the equally unpleasant experience with Mr Khalid the manager who joined us. The explanation given was that this offer is incorrect.
After a conversation about the false advertising on the screen in front of us, we were told that the free installation free "only applies online" and not in-store.

When we requested to cancel the package and apply online, we were advised that cancellation is not possible in-store and will be cancelled when we receive a call for installation.

Upon asking Mr Mohammed for his name, when leaving the store, he simplify replied "Mohammed" and was reluctant to give any further details. The only reason we found out his name was from the SMS confirmation later.

Since leaving the mall, the package has been cancelled and SMS received. We will apply for the package online and not be returning to Etisalat again.
