Very very bad customer service.

I reached the Dubai mall branch for getting my credit card statement at 11.40 on 03 Aug 2023. Token no was 114. The lady in front reception was rude and after several attempts to get an update on, when I will get my statement. she provided the statement by 1.05 pm. So my valuable 1 hr 25 minutes wasted which can be generated and printed in 10 min. The sad thing is i am paying service charge also for this kind of service.

She asked me why am taking my statement. I don't really understand are you providing customer service training to the front office employees.

She was lacking empathy and not at all in a acceptable behavior always mourmoring. This make me feel that am asking her a favor.

I want a call bank from the customer service department.

The staff members (two ladies at the reception) I interacted with displayed a level of rudeness and unhelpfulness that is unacceptable for a customer-oriented institution like ADCB.

Their dismissive attitude and lack of empathy towards my concerns left me feeling frustrated and disregarded. Instead of receiving the assistance I needed, I was met with condescension and impatience, which made the situation even more distressing.

Please do address this matter promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure your staff members understand the importance of treating customers with respect, professionalism, and empathy.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Mohamed Moftah at ADCB bank and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with their level of professionalism and customer service. Mr Moftah was incredibly helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that all of my needs were met. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch banking experience. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my request for a liability letter through ADCB, Dubai Mall branch. Despite submitting my request on 19th May, I encountered a significant delay due to an error on the branch's part, which resulted in a delayed registration of my letter request on the ADCB site. This delay occurred despite me being charged AED 63/- for issuing the liability letter.I have consistently communicated this urgency to the bank; however, they insist on a turnaround time of 7 to 10 days for the process, despite charging me for it. While I understand that the bank may have its own processes, it is important for them to consider the needs of customers who require urgent service. I believe that they are intentionally denying me the letter in an attempt to discourage me from transferring my liabilities to other banks. Furthermore, a member of the retention team contacted me and spoke to me rudely, urging me to retain my account with them.

I have recently opened an account with adcb in dubai mall through mohamed mahmoud rawak who was first class. He was professional organized and very efficient. Mohamed completed everything and in less than 24 hrs had my account opened and active. Highly recommended.

I don't understand why the ladies at the reception talk and laugh to each other when asked questions. Frankly, they are rude. And what's more, they don't even know how to answer questions, they are incompetent, they are paid to do nothing. Give way to people who really want to work. When I see their incompetence it's me who wants to laugh.

Guy who opens accounts is unprofessional. Provided all documents to him emiratesid and salary certificate, still he didn't want to accept my documents to open account because of my company. Just left to different branch.. horrible service

AVOID - incompetent and ignorant. Worst banking experience in decades worldwide ever! Tried contacting them several times over weeks. Even no reply via their online banking Mail system.
