I was there yesterday.
I must say everything goes well. Starting from Ms Miriam and Ms lovely, they both were really cooperative, guided me each and everything and while going back , their behavior was very friendly.
Coming to Massage person ( Mr Ryan ) , he was really perfect in his work. He did a really good FOOT massage.

At the end with the steamy towel she scrapped the blister which hurt and made it bleed. Otherwise very good pressure, time well spent on the feet reflexology and reasonable price.

I had a one hour massage, and I requested to concentrate on shoulders and head, where I have most of my tension.
The therapist was ok, but I didn't like her technique and she didn't do what I asked for. Maybe she didn't understand and that is why I wanted to give my feedback to reception.
I have worked for a spa and I work in customer service, and a response to this feedback should have been not to argue with me about what service I requested. Every time I have 1 hour massage here or in other stablishments, and I request to concentrate on any part of the body, the therapist follows the request, because this is what I "the client" needs.
Again, the therapist is not at fault, because if reception accepts my feedback they can relay this information to their staff, and make their services better, it wasn't a big deal, but the receptionist made it a big deal, beacuse I was already not happy and she actually made me very upset. So my whole experience was ruined.
I hope that you train your staff more on customer service, I DO NOT want anyone fired or punished, I want you to take better care on how to deal with a client that is not satisfied. Also I DO NOT seek any free stuff or discount, I want to be able to come back and have a massage and experience that I actually enjoy and helps my stress.
