The prices is amazing
The staff are perftional
The place is super clean
The finishing is amazing
And they have plenty of choices for the nail polish

Not to mention the extra amount charged for cat eye. Of course that extra charge wasn't made clear until it was time to pay.

- I had hard gel already on, and wanted a re-fill to be done with either acrylic or the hard gel (which is done by my regular salon all the time)
- They mistakenly removed my hard gel and then completed BIO GEL service.
I asked for basic pink and grey colours but had to pay extra because the basic colours are not available in their polish line (the place is called THE NAIL SPA, how do they not have all the colours out there).
This place is so expensive and the work is OKAY, nothing amazing.
I paid AED455 for BIO GEL nails- with terrible nail art and within 1 week my nail broke.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!
