We were supposed to get a king bed for our room, however when we checked into the room there were two twin beds. This was a complete inconvenience after a 14 hours flight from Sydney especially for our four-year-old toddler who could not wait for them to attend to the room to put the two beds together and make it into a king bed. It unfortunately ruined our stay at the hotel and I would recommend others to avoid this hotel given the price we paid was top rate

very nice place with extraordinary service. One of the staff their called Jack was really helpful and did an amazing job to solve a problem I had. I was even impressed by his professionalism! I highly recommend this place

This property has everything one needs to add to a wow experience.. we were here for full day corporate event and thoroughly enjoyed- the service, rooms, ease of access and above all the food is just delectable- at lunch wewere served chef Aiman - at the live pasta station was perfect with her approach to service an taste equally, the food was absolutely delicious and freshly made to your taste. Salah the server was so vigilant and courteous, amazingly delighted! Must recommend;)

One our special occasion address dubai mall. Very comfortable stay very hot weather but staff extra care always. Specially Jack. One stand front door. Big smile. Warm welcomed

We have stayed in the hotel more than 10 times, however this time was different I can sense that the reception team attitude has been changed. They become a little bit rude and treat you like you are an idiot. Yet the remaining staff were very helpful (house keeping, concierge and valet teams).

Absolutely amazing experience.. I visited The Cez restaurant for lunch.. and I liked their concept of live pasta counter. Chef Aiman who was making live pasta was very good and welcoming with her beautiful smile. She made pasta exactly what I wanted, and the buffet had nice options to try. Must try. Ask for Chef Aiman if you come.. Even thanks to Jane who provided me everything I required on table.. Wonderful staff.. I will surely visit again and recommend my friends also. Thanks to the address Dubai mall hotel..

best service ever we loved everything in the address its close to mall making shopping easy and best part is the kidsclub where our kids always enjoyed to play time to time. big thanks to Shakira and Sachini who made it lovely and enjoyable.
