5 star lounge with quite nice ambience. Area is great to relax and quick meeting and grab something to eat. Bill could get quite expensive though.

When I want healthy food and I’m around, I take salad and it’s really a pleasure.
Dessert are also good but trying to avoid these days.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Karat Lounge and was absolutely blown away by the outstanding service provided by Nada, one of the waitresses. From the moment I stepped in, Nada greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Her attentiveness and genuine care for every customer truly enhanced my overall experience.
I highly recommend Karat Lounge and extend my sincere gratitude to Nada for making my visit an unforgettable one. I can't wait to return for another delightful morning of relaxation and top-notch service!

Amazing afternoon tea. Top quality food and service. Great atmosphere also. Highly recommended as an escape from the hustle and bustle of Dubai Mall.

One of the best lounge I've ever been. Cozy ambience, good food and great service provided by amazing staff. Their Quinoa kale is sooo delicious. Special mention to one of the beautiful staff, Nada. She's very warm, always smiling and attentive to our needs and request. Highly recommended and will surely come back ☺️

We arrived too early for Dubai Mall to be open and found Karat near the foyer of The Address hotel within the Mall.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Nada who gave us great tips about places to see in Dubai.
The coffee was excellent too.

Great selection of warm breads was served before my Norwegian Salmon order and all the food was beautifully presented. Salmon was so yummy
I love the arabic coffee, latte and cappuccino and all the sweets just AMAZING ????
Have been there many times in the past and will continue doing
Highly recommended food the place was fantastic and I had a great experience

I stayed in the Address Dubai Mall residence for about two weeks. and frequently visited this sylish cafe on the ground floor. It has a good selection of coffees and light food. Great place for a casual meeting. The staff were also very helpful and responsive. In particular, Htet and Arvind were excellent!
