We stayed here for 4 nights end of June 2023. I have been here before. I am happy to say that services ce continues to be great. Hotel is attached to Dubai Marina mall and to go to the mall you don’t even need to go out side. I had Amazon ordered before I arrived and Ryan from concierge desk was so gracious to accept them. Staff were attentive and polite. The room was was nice size. We have breakfast included with the room and breakfast had a great variety of items and fruits. Omelette to order, soft boiled egg, etc. I have included photos. There is beautiful infinity pool with pool side artwork and plenty of opportunity to take greats pics. At pool side if you order you need to pay and you cannot charge to the room.
Overall I enjoyed the stay and I will go back.

Amazing hotel. Located next to Marina mall which makes it so convenient. Wonderful room, good service. Special treatment if you celebrate an occasion.

However the breakfast buffet didn’t offer a good coffee. I tried to order cappuccino with oat milk twice. It was too acidic.

I had been a guest to this hotel since 2010, with over 16 stays. except for COVID-19 pandemic. I do recall how excellent and wonderful the staff starting with mangers, the quality of reception during check in and check out, the room service, the restaurant and food variety and quality, the housekeeping and room cleaning services, and car parking services. Even the hotel manager welcome note with welcoming fruit basket. These and more did certainly make me a regular guest and made friendships with many of the staff, whom they moved out to other hotels. Regrettably, the hotel quality for all the above was seriously went down in scale of evaluation. During my latest staying for Nov 25-Dec 3, 2022, and from June 24-July 3, 2023, all the above things were very disappointing and made me live bad experience. No welcome drink offered during check in, the guy made the check in arrangement was a young age and a bit rude, room cleaning was done by one guy and taken too much time, food quality and variety is not as before. These magnified also with the very high price of room rates compared to my pervious stays. Moreover, even are not as supportive as before. I used to deal with an excellent person names Ashutosh Kumar until last year. Also, there is another agent named Mostafa Atteiah with excellent support. I believe that All agony and suffering from declining all services which started during my last two staying will be continuing!! I strongly recommend looking for other hotels, because all good things which made this hotel is my ADDRESS in Dubai are fading out.

All you wish is here in this hotel. Best service ever seen, friendly staff clean rooms. Most extensive breakfast you can wish. Direct located at marina mall, and marina harbor. You will find here all you need. Definitely will go back here again????

One of the best hotels in the world I visited (I was in quite a few..)
Prime location in the marina with direct access to the Dubai Marina Mall.
Quiet, clean, most beautiful hotel,
All the facilities you want, new and beautiful rooms (I stayed in the executive king club room)
Very large and beautiful infinite like swimming pool, great dining room, and restaurant,
Amazing stuff that will do everything to help you, from Mr. Jose at the front desk with his colleagues to everyone else.
The hotel is always perfectly clean.
I am sure that the Hotel manager and his all crew are responsible for this wonderful hotel,
We are looking forward to coming back!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Amazing location with astonishing view to the marina. Wonderful pool and the best breakfast one can imagine. The staff is so nice and helpful and especially Siraj & Baha who did his best to make us feel that this hotel would do whatever is needed to make our stay simply perfect. Sure we would come back.

Loved this place for our 6-night trip to Dubai. Only possible complaint is that the beaches were a cab ride away, but not a big deal. WONDERFUL breakfast buffet, rooms were very comfortable and modern, great pool and kind staff. Access directly to the Dubai marina mall.

It was clean and close to the mall.
The swimming pool is big and nice. The weather was too hot, but the view is good and the breakfast is delicious.
I think I will stay here next time
