Wanted to exchange a gift from a friend that was too small for my child to a larger size, one that had never been used. I was informed by the friend that the purchase was made here so I made the long drive, only for them to tell me they absolutely needed a gift receipt (even though the item is scanned out in their system) and they don't exchange items past ten days (and I brought it on the 10th day). Absolutely will not shop this brand and will let others know of the aftersales service they can expect. Useless.

Very bad experience with the staff and the (new?) manager. I have been a client for quite some time, I love the brand, have been wearing it as a kid, my daughters are wearing it, but sadly don't think I will be back. A shame and not up to the standard one might expect from a brand like Petit Bateau...
