I had a disappointing experience at the Mac Store in Marina Mall where I spent nearly AED 500. The customer service provided by a lady named Precious was unsatisfactory. When I inquired about fixing sprays, she didn't offer much assistance and simply mentioned it's about the ingredients. During the billing process, I noticed there were many new products and flavors of fixing spray she didn't even show or suggest. When I asked about them later, she just said it's all about different ingredients and depends on personal preference. It would have been helpful if she had been more proactive in guiding me to choose the right product instead of being lethargic in her approach.

My recent visit to the MAC store in marina mall Dubai was brilliant.
The professional who assisted me was Precious. She was knowledgeable, extremely polite and gave me good recommendations on MAC products.

Staff like Precious are asset to the organisation

I would even give zero stars if I could.
I went there to do my prom Make-up, and it did not live up to my expectations.
The Make-up was beyond horrible. It was so cakey and unnatural and I went home CRYING. I looked so tacky!

AND I PAYED 300 DHS I WENT HOME AND REMOVED IT.

Staff was very unfriendly and rude to us, and the store manager said that she couldn’t do my makeup because she was leaving in like ten minutes. BUT SHE STAYED THE WHOLE TIME… SO UNBELIEVABLE

And they all clearly aren’t even qualified MAC Make-up Artists ????

I was at the M.A.C in the Dubai Marina Mall and had a consultation with Mrs. Poonam. The consultation was very friendly, competent and absolutely professional. I felt in very good hands with her. She did my makeup and the makeup was just what I wanted. Absolutely great!!! I have purchased beauty items for DHS1,390. I use them daily and am very happy with them. Thanks to Mrs. Poonam, I will definitely be back.

I had such a great experience with Precious at the Marina Mall location. I had a makeup application with her and she was very knowledgeable and great at demonstrating her techniques. Definitely go see her …she’s as precious as her name!

I was in the MAC store at Marina Mall 2 weeks ago. Precious Pantig helped me to find all cosmetics I needed and I'm so happy I bought everything from there! Precious Pantig thank you so much for your help. You are sooo friendly and professional of your job! I still remember your smile) I will come back very soon for sure!!!

I came here for their makeup class, and Glilyn was so helpful! She spent over 2 hours with me, teaching me how to do a good smokey eye - I will attempt this again today :D Really happy with the service, I recommend Glilyn to everyone!
