Visited with friends and family in September 2021. This hotel is a strong 5 star property. Rooms are amazing and the sky view pool leaves you speechless. Great atmosphere through the entire property. Would recommend to anyone but definitely more suitable for couples.

My mom and I had a girls day at the poolside brunch club (lobby pool.) We were extremely satisfied with wonderful service and friendly staff. Service was amazing. Great food and drinks included in the brunch package. Definitely recommend and will return!

I want to this hotel for the swimming pool in the roof and yes, it looks nice and the view is stunning but the atmosphere were the worst it was so quiet that you want to fall asleep and when I went to again in the morning, they said we open at 9 AM. I mean I paid around 1400 dirham and I cannot use the pool in the morning !! They said I have to go to the pool on the lobby. I mean it’s the end of the same of you almost but still in the roof the humidity is less and another thing there is connection between the towers and Dubai mall by 12 AM the connection in was closed so we had to go from outside and you know the humidity in Dubai but I’m not going to say bad things on it. The rooms were amazing. The service was OK and the location is amazing as well but I didn’t pay for the location or the rooms. I actually paid for the pool that’s why I’m upset and they give the three stars places like this should be more fun less rules and also it’s too expensive

I loved everything about this place. We stayed here for 3 nights. Had a wonderful experience. The food , breakfast , room service was splendid. At night we star gazed and looked at the Burj. Wonderful experience

It was just an ok for me, definitely expected more with the price paid for this hotel, so many rooms for improvement, e.g. breakfast is just a no for me (photo was the scrambled egg I ordered when I got it served), service is just far off from a 5-star hotel (pool, restaurant, lobby), always waiting for more than 10mins to get our car from the valet, many more. Location is good, along with the details of design in the room gives a bit of pleasure, but still long way to go.

I recently stayed at the Address Sky View Hotel in Dubai, and while the hotel was good overall, it didn't quite live up to my expectations given the price I paid. One of the main areas of concern was the quality of service, particularly at reception. I was greeted by George, who didn't seem to be having his best day and wasn't the most welcoming. As the first point of contact for guests, it's important for hotel staff to be friendly and accommodating, so this was a disappointment.

In addition, the breakfast offerings were below average compared to other 5-star hotels I've stayed at. While breakfast preferences can be subjective, I found the selection to be lacking in variety and quality. It's worth noting that these concerns were shared with the hotel staff, and they were receptive to feedback and willing to make improvements.

Do not stay at this hotel if you may have to change your plans for any reason, they will not under any circumstances let you check out early. The breakfast is mediocre. Service is good. Staff are great. Rooms are clean. TV could be better. Lobby is beautiful. Location is great.
