I live in tower 1 for residents. The house is cool, the view is incredible, but the staff at the reception and security spoils everything. Rude and unwilling to help.

Is it reasonable? The name and reputation of your hotel should be enough to make apartment owners regret their decision to own a place with you. Let me share the suffering of one of the owners of the Skyview Hotel's most luxurious apartments, situated on the top floor of Tower No. 1.

Ever since I received the keys to my apartment over two years ago, I've been plagued by water leakage from the ceiling, causing extensive damage to the walls, tiles, and furniture. To this day, the problem persists! Yes, it's been ongoing for over two years now. Every time I visit my apartment, I'm confronted with the same sorry scene, and my inbox is flooded with emails. I've sent them more than 50 messages, pleading for them to address the issue.

We live here from February. And it is awful.Housekeeper works very badly! They only replace towels and bed linen.They don't clean toilets, balcony, floors only occasionally and don't come to the maid room at all
If you ask reception to fix something-just forgot about it. Nobody will come to your apartment and do it. Even if you will ask about it for 3-4 weeks
Administration know about everything and do nothing
I do not recommend to make long contract, you will regret about it

I had a very terrible stay at your hotel. The staff are so rude. My daughter was taking a shower the water was so hot and the water was coming out of the tap, the water bombed, the room was full of smoke and water all over the room. Our thing was destroyed and we lost our items on the room. Our children were crying it was very scary. The manager Hamza came to us with a smile and he was very rude telling us that this happens in your house also. We had a bad experience on the spa too the jacuzzi no one was on the spa and no one checked on us. We have never been to a hotel with this experience and service.

Tower 1 Receptionist Ms,Amrita she’s very Rude she’s always making problems even she don’t know How to deal with your clients & other all staff are nice & polite I don’t know what’s wrong with her it’s a bad experience for us

The receptionist was absolutely disgustingly rude. I am the tenant for this house, if i have problem with access card, there are not helful. So many time i need to go to reception to settle this. Even on Ejari is on my name, there not give me to access the facilities. This management are really rude and bad. Trust me when you have issues with your room, their are not help you....

Our experience is unforgettable! Luxurious hotel in downtown of Dubai, shine and clean room, pleasant smell of corridors, we get everything what we needed. Reception and receptionists were absolutely friendly and helpful. Everything at 5* point always. We love to see this hotel again. Thanks so so so much.
