I opted to sit at this coffee place as a treat for us to have after our overly long and busy day at work.

The coffee was delivered really quickly and the smell was fabulous.

I will definately be visiting this branch again.

Fantastic service and the coffee is amazing. Highly recommended.

I found this to be finely balanced medium to strong coffee ideal as a great start to the day and throughout as well.

The seating area is acceptable, don’t expect it to be over the top or special and can imagine that it can be a little uncomfortable but only when the mall is crowded. Otherwise it’s a relaxing and comfortable place to hang out in.

One of the best cafes in this part of the mall , located close to both blooming dales and the Address Dubai mall entrance , excellent coffee and sweets , a good choice of salads and sandwiches, it can be very busy at times , very good staff , I will certainly recommend it .

Not fancy for the first impression but actually it’s amazing cafe drinks are perfect and dessert we tried date cake it’s so delicious

I love Coffeol coffee quality and the food is usually fresh and good. But I hate when they spoil my mood with making regular drama for use of Entertainer! It is not one time when I come and - oh, you cannot use for food it is different place ( and entertainer coupon is very clearly showing location and written main course). other time 9:55 am they tell you can use only from 10 am. But the place is opened from 9 and serving. If they see that I am in black and think that I am working there, they will not bring you coffee as for other customers - you need to go and take yourself.
For my tastes the coffee is best, and i like to enjoy my time in cafes and restaurants. And not to ruin my mood

The friendly staff is the main aspect of Coffeol. Don’t get me wrong, the coffee was good and tasty, but how they treat their customers is great, making the coffee time experience fantastic, Highly recommended after long walk around Dubai Mall!

Good coffee place but shocking customer service from a member of staff called Mienne. Three simple words to describe her from the experience we had: 1. Arrogant 2. Rude 3. Incompetent. Shouldn’t be working for you Coffeol. Doesn’t know what customer service is. Pathetic. Shout out to Sampath though. Took over the situation and calmly resolved it for us.
