The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was fine, but I was not expecting the 1.5 hr plus wait time for the shower or just one or two bathrooms for the lounge. No sleeping pods.

Dubai is such a big connecting hub for the world and such a popular tourist destination, a place known for luxury travel. I have seen much better lounges in the third world not-so-luxury places. Dubai needs to up their lounge game. They should learn from other middle eastern peers, like Qatar (Doha) has much better lounges.

It was a bummer to see such necessities missing because people traveling on long international flights are not just expecting food and drinks. Other facilities have equal or more importance.

But I'm still giving it four stars, considering the other lounge had almost equal wait time for the shower, and on top of that, it was chargeable.

Good small lounge with OK food variety. Nice view.hotel is also connected Ahlan lounge at concourse b was better

Good variety of food in terminal 3 when compared to other lounges such as premium plaza , marhaba etc. Also had spa and massage chair. Loved it when compared to all other lounges in Dubai in all terminals

Lounge was empty around 8 am on a weekday. Very decent selection of food and beverages.

The lounge and food were fine. The service was subpar with staff preferring to chat among themselves and not answering questions about amenities.
