Update:
After I did a customer complaint at the customer service, they responded it promptly.
The man from customer service found the assistant supervisor and report the complaint for me immediately. Helamata assistant supervisor, the man from customer service and the supervisor all did a great job at assisting me. They are all so nice.

The worst attitude I’ve experienced.
I am looking for earring, when I asked him to show me he threw/dropped three of them on the glass counter.
Everyone has a tray to put the jewellery on for inspection, but I didn’t get one until I asked.
When he dropped the earring that I wanted on the floor, he refuse to change a new one for me and said if every customer asks for this kind of service they will be too busy because there a lot of people buying from them. Because of this attitude I decided to not buy from him.
