33 AED or $13.57 AUD for an iced caramel latte! This is just daylight robbery at this stage. The cashier asked if i wanted it with caramel, chocolate or hazelnut flavour not knowing that the flavouring was an extra 5 AED. I will never be coming here again. This is way too much to pay for a coffee. Let alone the cashier, knowing that he should be asking that adding a flavour would be more expensive.

I complained that i wasn’t told flavouring was extra and he replied with “oh sorry sir” and walked off.

What a joke of an organisation.

I tried Cesar chicken sandwich and it was very greasy and not enjoyable. Their fresh drinks are not having the same volume so there is an issue in quality control. The staff is not friendly as well. All that and food is little bit expensive. 2/5

Perfect atmosphere for a quick bite. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Quite impressive for an express store. Well done Jones.

Unfortunately this is not the Jones the Grocer experience I thought.
Very rushed service and crowded
The AED 24 latte milk was overfrothed and very hot. The AED 20 blueberry muffin was tasteless...and charging that much for it? In summary, high prices for below par experience.

It’s one of the worst. I couldn’t even finish the food!
The food is bland
The guy ask me for a tip !! It’s a bit weird
I can give it by myself but he shouldn’t ask for that!!

my child ended up there. wen he thought it woz clever he'd kick off .## please read coz this is wrong he now at school from 11.30 till 1.30 .DNT see the point .the teachers need to pick up on the bullying ,b itchiness between each student coz I have never met a head teacher who actually realises wot bullying goes on at this school and it is a lot
