Its such a shame to still see sick people in this world like the guy in the store his name was Anas.
Such a racist un polite person who doesn’t deserve to work in such places as he will be seeing all colors and nationalities, thought Aigner know how to choose their employees

I would like to thank Mr Murad he is very polite and so professionnel, he give attention to all clients with big smile and pleasure , wishing him the best in his career and if we go there just because of Mr Murad surely after I had bad experience with one of your employees and murad who save the conversation and kept us there I hope the management will consider this real review to appreciate Mr murad because he really represent your company with profetuonalty.

BE CAREFUL! I placed on order online with their website. [aignermunich.ae] on 23th June 2022. The item was out of stock so they cancelled the order. So far no refund is made. I have lodged an official complain with Dubai Economic Dept. the customer service is not replying to emails or calls. Buy at your own risk since they cannot be relied upon. The customer service have no idea about my refund status and my money is tied up with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this brand to anyone especially due to the poor aftersales.

Very disappointed with the quality of watch material and very poor repair service.
The colour started to fade after 1 month for a watch of 2,500 AED price.
