So sad to give this place a negative review, but the food really wasn’t good at all. We ordered an appetizer first, fried ravioli and fritto misto which were both very dry and more like fast food than what we expected which was a Jamie Oliver quality experience. It seemed that the dishes were not freshly prepared, perhaps they were reheated? Not sure.. The focaccia given as a starter was ok, but not memorable.
We chose not to eat anything else and went elsewhere for our next course.

Pizza was so good.
Risotto was okish.
Customer service was horrible. We had a mishap happen at the time we were sitting in the restaurant which nearly costed my husband to be injured badly (actually had a manager being rude until one of us had to snap and make him understand what went wrong). He did offer us the meal but the attitude he had! OH MY WORD!

Its just fine. Overly priced.

Our order was:
- The big appetizer, ravioli was great and the garlic bread was ok. Rest fine not the best.
- Fettuccine fungi, that is the best amazing 10/10.
- Garlic steak something, it was just ok.
- 2 passion fruit drinks, ice tea was fine but the other drink had green apple in it was amazing.

All of this was 475 AED.
I would say with price could have gotten something better.

I was expecting much more from this restaurant.
Their garlic bread was my favourite.
I had the truffle pasta and pesto pizza and they were so normal.
The service was good and staffs were friendly and tried to accomadate us fast despite it was crowded.

In the mall so it can be crowded outside. But inside its relaxed, top waitress with feeling to give that extra touch. Don’t forget the food really tasteful as always????

We wanted to try Jamie Oliver’s restaurant for the first time. It cost 167 AED for 2 people. (1 pasta + 1 pizza + 1 drink) I need to admit that the dishes are overpriced. Each dishes are around 20 USD. The taste of the food was delicious, especially the pizza but 20 USD is huge money. Service is okay.

Very disappointed about the food its not what I expected the food is really below average
We didn’t enjoy our meals at all only one thing was nice the sauce for the bread
We ordered :
1- tagliatelle bolognese 1/10
2 - creamy carbonara with bacon 1/10
3- fried ravioli 3/10
Im a fan of jamie oliver so this is really disappointing

Amazing Italian food, a good variety in the menu. Love the half and full portion options and the truffle pasta is a must try.
