BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU DEAL WITH THIS SHOP.
I went to this shop to sell a 22K gold coin. The person who was there said it is a 21K (which is not true) and calculated the price of 18K. Causing me a loss of 400Dhs.
Either he didn't know what is he talking about or was trying to rub me live. Luckily I checked the gold prices before and refused to complete the deal.

This shop is very dodgy. Do not buy from them. I was sold second hand earrings at brand new price. Was given a receipt with no VAT registered on it. Earrings were supposed to be 18carat but ? If even gold. I went with the security from the mall to ensure I got my money back. They were very reluctant to return my money but security in forced it due to trying to avoid tax. Full respect to both security members who fought hard for me.

This manager she charge me 230 pounds more for the bracelet dont buy for this shop never.i will make complain on the bank to give my money back

im not even if they deserve one star. it should be zero. i recently purchase a gold bar this shop. i was un aware that there is a standard certification charge for 170 Aed on a 10 gram bar. This shop charged me 300 Aed plus 60 Aed additional charge since I used my card for payment. once i confronted them he said you should have checked before buying. extremely rude behavior from the manager

Terrible! The first attendant we had was ok. But the manager there was just bad in customer service. We had asked the first attendant for the price of some gold jewelry. He gave us the standard price (close to market rate). Then we went away to go look at other stores. We came back and the attendant had gone but we were now talking to the manager who was there initially. He deliberately hiked the price and when we told him that this was different from what the first attendant had told us, he simply mentioned that that attendant had gone away. We were actually considering buying from them but the manager's attitude really put us off. I won't advise anyone to go to this store.

Another point worth mentioning is that the manager kept on rudely interrupting when we were discussing with the first attendant. We ignored this giving him the benefit of the doubt. He was speaking a different language, so we thought the matter at hand was urgent. The second scenario already mentioned above just confirmed that he was just terrible with customers.

Worst customer service i ever experienced in my life. Manager was extremely rude and interruptive, while the employees talk in a foreign language discussing how to raise the price as far as possible from market gold price.

Each employee provided a different price with no relevance to market gold price, i had witnessed them completely scam a couple who was purchasing a necklace next to us however only realised after they hsd left the store and he began with us.

I bought a jewelry and I was told it is 18k gold but after 4 weeks the so called yellow gold became white. They are crooks. Be very careful. I strongly recommend you avoid this place.
