We came across this place accidentally and it was such a great surprise! I'm vegetarian so didn't try any of the meat dishes though my friend was happy with her chicken and rice as well. I took the beetroot salad, babaganush and grilled halloumi which were all excellent and beautifully decorated & served. I also had a freshly squeezed mango juice which was great, and they gave us some wonderful lentil soup before the meal and a nice malabi for dessert. We highly enjoyed the meal and the portions were also big - we couldn't fish it all...

You will not find restaurant best more than Albait Alshami in Syrian cuisine. The food is indescribable. There is fountain in the center to have the flow of water energy.
Old Damascus design, nice atmosphere.

The food is great! Really amazing. I ordered sea bass and my husband lamb chops. Its absolutely better than other restaurants we tried where we ordered the same things. They also serve bread and a mix of sides like olives,pickles,peppers and veggies. This place is so UNDER RATED.
While I was there, I noticed a lot of delivery guys arrive but not so many people walk in and eat there. The waiter Abdul was very respectful and friendly. It was a nice experience. I will surely go back.

They have a large open area floorplan and even a huge outdoor patio to sit on when the weather is nice. This restaurant has lots of different food choices on the menu. The food was good, as well as the customer service. I would come back here again. Oh, and they treat you with a generous complementary salad plate with many different options.

I ordered Chicken beryani and grilled kebbah,
Really tasty and delicious.
They serve with it olives and pickles, bread and yoghurt.
The staff are friendly.
Please is neat and clean, also the out seats are great.
After I paid they surprised me with complementary dessert (Mhalabya). Really delicious ???? ???? ???? ????.

This place has great decor. Its very family friendly with a kids play section in the top level. We tried their soup, mixed grill, mixed mezze and chicken cordon bleu (massive portion). Their freshly khuboos was soft and paired well with the mixed grills n mezze.

We had a very delicious iftar here. Generously served by a professional team. Al dishes were perfectly prepared including the coffee and tea.

I have been and still am a member of many clubs however I have never come across such a welcoming group of golfers and staff. They make you feel at home to the, that you could almost turn up in your slippers, from the minute you get there. The course is challenging and kept in amazing condition and to be able to play nine holes in about 90 minutes virtually in the centre of London is a fantastic privilege. They have spent a lot of money on the course and facilities and to employ a drink on the terrace with views over London is magical. Well done Mark, Wendy and the team.

Disgraceful service.

I made 4 separate enquiries via the webpage contact us and also 2 sepate emails to the club secretary asking for consideration to play at the course during a 3 week period in May 2020 as my wife was receiving treatment at University College London Hospital and we were staying in London for 3 weeks.
I received no response to my 4 enquiries and find this totally unacceptable from a golf club, if it was not possible to play at Hampstead GC out of courtesy I would expect some correspondence, Disgraceful

Lovely 9 hole course but lacks the service to match the setting. Full of non-golfers who are more about talking on phones than playing through, so does get congested at times. Come early play through get out, then it works

My favourite weekend getaway place. The staff are great and it's quiet and relaxing there. You can enjoy your golfing experience without being disturbed.
