Chicken was tasty and tender and pieces are prime but was given a spice box though we did not order the spicy ones but do like it more than most other fried chicken places
The mashed potatoes were not real potatoes we believe and hoped they had more gravy on them
The fries were perfect
Do recommend it and will be trying it again for sure
Good offers by them on delivery apps and generous ones … like it

GUYS I WOULD SUGGEST YOU STICK TO KFC. DO NOT GO HERE!!
I ordered at the counter, the cashier’s name was SITTIE. She was distracted all throughout the time she was taking the order. She asked 3 times if my order is take away or dine in. She didn’t even give me the bill. Then she started preparing my order which was 2 Pc chicken and spicy fries. I noticed she put the chicken in the box and then left the container and the bag on the hot pass and then forgot about it. I thought maybe the fries are pending. I waited for 10 mins to no response from anyone. I went and checked at the counter, and they said sorry, and Sittie and he’s other colleague started blaming each other saying that I thought you will give the order. I said it’s okay no problem and I left, after opening my food at home there was no fries in it, and I was charged extra for it.

I've always liked the chicken sandwiches here because I can taste that it's really meaty and it's actually chicken unlike in other fast food places.

But 2 things, though...

1. The staff do not seem to be welcoming at all, let alone friendly.
2. At the time of this writing, the crows have made a mess of one table and nobody from the staff is coming out to clean up.
The crows won't have anything to mess up ij the first place if staff are mindfull and checking regularly if a customer is already done and left the table. The store right beside Texas does it.

Fried chicken fast food chain with original or spicy fried chicken, and the usual suspects such as burgers and fries, single through to family/group deals. The chicken is juicy and tender, the coating is crispy, and overall the flavour is simple but decent if not a little on the salty side. The fries are pretty ordinary - not crispy and, compared to the chicken, underseasoned.

The service I had wasn't at all friendly, but they got the job done.

There's outdoor seating at the front, and two storeys of clean, modern and bright indoor seating - typical of a fast food venue

The food is ok. But the service was very BAD!!! I ordered in this branch 30th of Jul 2023 at past 10pm. I order wrap with chicken for dine in and a take away 2pcs spicy chicken with rice and I make additional JALAPENO BOMBERS for my dine in, I repeat to her my jalapeno bombers order while reading in the menu screen. Then when I got my order, she give me the one for dine in which is wrap with chicken and 5PCS Cheesy jalapeño SAUCE, when I asked her about the bombers instead of apologizing and make things right, she insisted that I order a sauce, first if I will order sauce I will not look into the menu while there are display of sauce in the counter area. Second, who's in the right mind will order 6 sauces? By the way she gave me at first 5 pieces only. Later when I complain she add another one piece. It was totally ok if she makes mistake and in a customer service world she should know to apologize and solve the issue, instead of blaming the customer.

The quality of food here is quite poor.
I ordered a meal at a time when the restaurant was very quiet. The meal took a bit of time which meant it was prepared to order. I was served the wrong meal, with nobody else ordering in this time. Then my meal came which was cold and the chicken seemed to be undercooked, it had a hard texture and not moist and fall apart like expected.
I won't be using this restaurant again.

The lady in the cashier was so noisy .. you cant even focus on your food because you can here ther voice so loud ,,, chatting each other Like dont have other people hearing there voices ..and when i ask her that she did mastake on her change she look at me very strange and i felt like im lying.. not big amount but she must address it in a nice way and while we are eating. We found out the chicken she gave us is spicy and we order only regular… Put your self in our position you are tired from work and you just want to eat a good meal
