Spoke to ‘Henry’ at length a few months back to see if he is happy to do my nails and he was. Arranged which week I would be in which he confirmed he was, but when I arrived a rude man told me to ‘go away, Henry is not in’? Went back the following month as hoped it was just a one off, after emailing Henry in between to explain what had happened and check he is still happy to do my nails and day he was definitely in…all was confirmed OK….BUT same thing happened when I arrived!? On emailing Henry AGAIN, I was told I was not in Hollywood nails but another salon!? Absolutely not, I can read and know where I was! It’s as if they do not want any business, and their attitude to customer service is just dreadful based on this whole experience.???????????? I was just a paying customer trying to get my nails done regularly…I did nothing wrong, and was treated so poorly.????????????

Always great nails just a shame you can't book, I had to wait 45 mins so it does put me off a bit. I'd happily pay in advance to secure an actual appointment as know they lost business previously when people cancelled.

The best nail shop I have ever visited!

I have been going to Hollywood nails for a few years and have been impressed with my nails every time, they are so friendly and great at their job! Great attention to detail and always make sure that you are happy with your nails before you leave the salon.

Worse nail bar went in she broke my phone didn’t even apologise or try to pay for it never got the nails I asked for and still had to pay for them. They don’t care for there customers they just want ur money. Her phone was perfect until she went in there they slammed the phone down on the camera area and is cracked the hole back of the phone
