The company does not deserve even 1 star. Half of the furniture been damaged during the transportation. Many items lost ????u200d♂️ Responsibility of the company finish exactly after they receive the complaint.
No invoices, no receipts. The lady on the phone is saying that after many years this is the first time they ruined someone’s furniture ???? ( I think is the standard answer )
Destruction is the very good synonym of their service.
If you are not planing to change your furniture straight after the moving, better stay away from this guys

Very unprofessional and rude team. They keep shouting at us just because we asked them to pack the items with extra packing and bubble sheets even though we paid extra for packing. They keep insisting one layer of packing is enough at the end out items got damaged. ????????????
