Horrible customer service. Just pathetic! Told me that the amount wrongfully charged from my card would be refunded within 4 to 5 days but it's been more than 8 weeks! Countless calls and emails done but all they say is that issue is escalated every time! What a joke!

Extremely bad service. I took car loan for one year six years ago. Till date they did not send Direct Debit cancellation to my bank and I am unable to close my account due to this mess caused by them. When I called the person who answers sounds incompetent. Inspite of saying it's urgent no one called me. It's been two days. I even raised online request to call still no response. Very bad customer service.

We had smoke in the house but couldn’t find a source so called the fire service. They arrived so quickly and spent some time at the house trying to locate the source of a fire. They were so helpful and stayed until they were absolutely sure that there wasn’t a fire. It turned out it was the tumble dryer in the basement. Whilst it hadn’t caught fire completely , it was very nearly there. They explained everything to us about the risks and went through fire safety with us. They even replaced a broken smoke alarm and gave us a carbon monoxide detector. The 2 crews from Rhyl and Prestatyn were amazing!! They are all heroes ????????

Please note Rhyl Fire Station is NOT at 15 Rhyl Coast Road, this is a PRIVATE ADDRESS. The fire station is across the road and is the BIG BLUE AND WHITE BUILDING... WITH BIG RED FIRE ENGINES ........ ????
