I picked up my Ram Trx today and i must say the sales service from Mr. Jouni and Gurmeet was fantastic. They both have indepth knowledge of the car and are very helpful, kind and accommodating. They both went out of their way to help fix some predelivery issues. I would highly recommend any customer to approach them in this showroom for any car. Once again a big Thankyou to Gurmeet and Jouni.

I bought a brand you JL, after I checked the car at the showroom and paid cash in advance, later in two hours the car was sent to workshop for some repairs prior delivery without being informed . The showroom tried not to share any information simply by saying it was sent for some software update which did not make sense at all, when I went to the workshop to check on the car and saw the car was under repair for (a brake job ) and it was in mess from the inside, a brand new car without seat covers no steering covers ???? I do not understand how such known dealership accepts such low standards. They drive the brand new cars to the workshop and back to showroom on the road ????. When I spoke with the service manager about this low quality standard he simply said the common word ( we are sorry ???? ) be careful guys before you make your purchase ! ask as much questions as possible about everything.

Maybe they are great at selling at jeeps, but their service centers are really bad. First it’s old and always crowded, second they over price everything, from the smallest bolts to 10K service. Don’t know about other services centers, but Jeep is not that great at servicing. Look it up the reviews for service center before you buy one could save you lots of money.

Careful when you buy cars from them. They will sell you ORIENT Insurance (protect plus etc) Which is suppose to cover your tires, paint, keys etc. When you claim, they give you nothing. I just got rejected when I claimed for tires.. My tires are almost plain(less than 1mm), guess they will replace it when i make an accident on road. I wasted 5k AED on this product. They literally forced me to take it and its a total waste of money. Dont make the same mistake.

We bought a Dodge Charger.. love the colour.. Mr.Mostafa was our sales person very polite and humble man. Made things easy for us :)
